Terms Of Service
Welcome to Booked&Busy. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Services Provided:
Booked&Busy provides:
Website Design & Development – A one-time purchase package for a fully designed and developed website tailored to your trade/business.
Optional Monthly Services – Including hosting, custom domain management, and additional premium features such as AI-powered quote tools.
Premium Add-Ons – Services such as review importing, advanced animations, or additional functionality can be purchased separately.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service without prior notice.
Pricing and Payments:
One-Time Fees – Payable in full before work begins on your website.
Monthly Subscriptions – Charged automatically via your chosen payment method until cancelled in accordance with Section 5.
Currency – All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Payment Processing – Payments are securely processed via third-party providers (such as Paddle, PayPal, or others).
Failure to complete payment will result in suspension or termination of services.
Client Responsibilities:
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information about your business, branding, and content.
Ensure you have the legal rights to any text, images, or other materials you provide to us.
Review drafts and respond to requests for feedback in a timely manner.
Obtain any necessary regulatory or legal approvals for your website content.
Delivery and Revisions:
Standard website delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness.
One round of reasonable revisions is included in the base price. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Cancellation and Refunds:
One-Time Projects – Refunds are only available if work has not yet started. Once the design or development process has begun, no refunds will be issued.
Monthly Subscriptions – You may cancel at any time with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing date to avoid further charges.
No refunds will be provided for partial months.
Intellectual Property:
Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content provided, excluding any third-party software, code, or assets used under license.
Booked&Busy retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for:
Any loss of business, revenue, or profits resulting from use or inability to use our services.
Downtime, data loss, or security breaches caused by factors outside our control.
Actions or inactions by third-party service providers.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
Termination of Service:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your services immediately if:
You breach these Terms of Service.
You engage in abusive, illegal, or unethical behaviour.
Payment is not received on time.

Changes to Terms:
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
